Delivery Policy
Our Delivery
We engage a courier company to deliver within Singapore with no minimum purchase. You are entitled to free delivery if your order is at least $80.00.
For purchase amount less than $80.00, a delivery fee of $1.08 (incl GST) will be applied during checkout.
For purchase amount less than $50.00, a delivery fee of $2.16 (incl GST) will be applied during checkout.
For purchase amount less than $20.00, a delivery fee of $3.24 (incl GST) will be applied during checkout.
Orders received before 9 am will be processed¹ on the same working day. Orders after 9 am will be processed on the next working day. Note that Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays are non-working days.
After your order is processed, you will receive your delivery typically in the next 1-3 working days. This statement is on assumption the order details are complete and no problems² encountered during the delivery. Delivery delays of an extra 1-3 working days may be expected during Peak Period⁴ and Courier Congestion⁵.
On the day of delivery, you will see "OUT FOR DELIVERY" on your tracking page. This means that your delivery is scheduled for delivery³ to you on that day. If no one is at home, the personnel will attempt to contact the buyer for permission leave the parcel in the riser, door gap, shoes cabinet or etc. In order to leave the parcel in a safe place, the recipient is required to provide a 4-digit One-Time Password (OTP) to the personnel provided by J&T Express.
You can also track your delivery schedule with the tracking number given to you in your order.

[1] Your order will only be processed after it has been paid. Processed refers to preparing the order and does not imply shipping or delivery.
[2] Typical problems include changes to order, changes/error in delivery address, customer is uncontactable, etc.
[3] Please help our courier by ensuring your mobile is audible on the day of delivery.
[4] Peak Period refers to 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year Eve/Day or Chinese New Year Eve/Day, GSS. This is a non-exhaustive list.
[5] Courier congestion refers to our courier partner that their load exceed their normal operating capacity, or any other reasons unknown to us. Usually, this add an extra 1-3 working days to delivery schedule.
Delivery Hours
Our courier partner delivers from Monday to Saturday* 9 am to 10 pm (except PH).
* Saturdays applicable to residential addresses only.
Service Expectation of Courier Partner (J&T Express)
We have partnered J&T Express for a few years now to deliver our parcels at the most cost-effective and reliable way possible. However, like postal mails, there is a very small chance that parcel can be mis-delivered or lost. In such event, we will assist you to liaise with J&T to resolve the problem. However, delays (up to 7-10 working days by J&T) can be expected due to the investigation process. We seek your patience in the event that the parcel cannot be successfully delivered by J&T. If you need 100% delivery guarantee, we recommend you to book an on-demand courier, or pick up your parcels from our office.
Booking on-demand courier to collect parcel
If you need your parcels urgently and wish to book Grab Express, LalaMove, etc, you may WhatsApp you for further assistance. We will assist you to ensure that the courier will be collected and the riders do not do a blank run. In return, please follow our WhatsApp instructions to help you with this time critical pick up.
Store Pick Up (Self Collect) at Toa Payoh
Please read our Store Pick Up Policy if you wish to collect your items quickly after making an order.
You can collect your items at our Toa Payoh facility after making the order. Note that our business hours are 9.30 am - 5.00 pm. We are closed for lunch during 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm.
Unsigned Deliveries
You may choose to receive your delivery unsigned. Please contact us with your instructions (including your order number) and your approval for us to proceed with unsigned deliveries.
If you are living in a private apartment, condominium or facility with security, our courier partner may not be able to access your unit to perform an unsigned delivery.
Commercial Address
For delivery to a commercial (any non-residential) address, please state clearly delivery restrictions (lunch time, office hours, etc.) in the order note to avoid additional delay.
Accuracy of shipping information
You have the responsibility of providing accurate shipping information. If you believe that you have provided us with inaccurate shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will assist to amend the shipping information as long as the order has not been shipped, by best effort. Note that amendment to shipping address may cause additional delay in your delivery and possibly failed deliveries.
If a package is returned to us or we are not able to complete your delivery due to incorrect or invalid shipping information, we will refund you your purchase amount less a $10.80 (incl GST) restocking fee.
Failed Deliveries
The courier company will make a maximum of 2 attempts to complete our deliveries. They will SMS and/or phone you in the morning on the day of delivery before making each delivery attempt. If the delivery fails after 2 attempts, the products will be returned to us. We will refund you your purchase amount less a $10.80 (incl GST) restocking fee.
Cash on Delivery
We regret that we do not provide cash on delivery service. All orders are to be prepaid by credit card or PayNow.
This Policy may be revised periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our business operations and practices.
