Delivery Policy

Our delivery

We deliver within Singapore with a minimum purchase of $20.00. You are entitled to free delivery if your order is at least $50.00. For purchase amount less than $50.00, a delivery fee of $3.21 (incl GST) will be applied during checkout.  

Orders before 12 pm will be processed¹ on the same working day. Orders after 12 pm will be processed on the next working day. Note that Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays are non-working days.  

In normal circumstance, you will receive your delivery in the next 1-3 working days after your order is processed, assuming the order is complete and no problems² during the delivery. (more than 90% of our deliveries are completed by the next working day, thanks to our good customers and efficient courier partner.) 

You will receive a SMS/call on the day of delivery³ from our courier partner. 

You can also track your delivery schedule with the tracking number given to you in your order.

Store Pick Up (Self Collect) at Toa Payoh

Please read our Store Pick Up Policy if you wish to collect your items quickly after making an order.

You can collect your items at our Toa Payoh facility after making the order. Note that Toa Payoh hours are 9.30 am - 5.30 pm. We may be closed for lunch during 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm. Please WhatsApp us earlier if you are coming during lunch hours.

Unsigned deliveries

You may choose to receive your delivery unsigned. Please contact us with your instructions (including your order number) and your approval for us to proceed with unsigned deliveries.

If you are living in a private apartment, condominium or facility with security, we may not be able to access your unit to perform an unsigned delivery. 

Commercial address

For delivery to a commercial (any non-residential) address, please state clearly delivery restrictions (lunch time, office hours, etc.) in the order note to avoid additional delay. 

Accuracy of shipping information

You have the responsibility of providing accurate shipping information. If you believe that you have provided us with inaccurate shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will amend the shipping information as long as the order has not been shipped. Note that amendment to shipping address may cause additional delay in your delivery.

If a package is returned to us or we are not able to complete your delivery due to incorrect or invalid shipping information, we will refund you your purchase amount less a $10.70 (incl GST) restocking fee. 

Failed deliveries

We will make a maximum of 2 attempts to complete our deliveries. We will SMS and/or phone you on the day of delivery before making each delivery attempt. If the delivery fails after 2 attempts, the products will be returned to us. We will refund you your purchase amount less a $10.70 (incl GST) restocking fee. 

Cash on delivery

We regret that we do not provide cash on delivery service. All orders are to be prepaid by credit card or PayNow.

This Policy may be revised periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our business operations and practices.
