Intensive Pre-Workout

Been using C4 for awhile, started using the ripped since 2020. Gives a heck of a rush within the first 20 minutes of drinking. Slight jitters and headaches, but with the increased in workout performance, i guess it was worth it.

Taste - Got the rasp lemonade. A little more on the sour side but easy to down.

Does have diminishing returns if you take it too frequently and stop feeling the preworkout jitters.
