Exchange Policy

All sales are final and not refundable. Our exchange policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

All exchanges are to be made in TSW stores. The delivery/shipping with your purchase does not include an order return service.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. 

Exchanges for unsatisfactory products 
We only replace items if they are deemed to be defective, damaged or cannot be consumed. If you believe that the item is defective and needs to be returned, please contact us first, with your order number, place of purchase and a brief description of the problem. Pictures are often helpful to resolve an exchange request.

We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for label claims made by the manufacturers.

We cannot be held liable if you have an allergy or is sensitive to the product you purchased.

We cannot guarantee that the product's flavour and taste will meet the most stringent satisfaction requirements of every customer.

A product may vary in taste, color and smell from a similar product you have bought earlier or from some other places, due to inconsistencies in production by the manufacturers. We are not responsible for these inconsistencies.

Pre-workout and similar products 
Some Pre-workout powders and similar formulas may be in a less than desirable sale condition (caking, slightly hardened, grainy, colour darkening, etc) due to the high humidity in Singapore well before the expiry date. These products are usually fit for consumption.

We may on occasions clear such products at a discount. These products will be clearly marked before you checkout. 

We cannot do an exchange for such a product unless otherwise proven that the product is defective and not fit for consumption.

Products with "Missing" or "Opened" inner seal
In rare occasions, products may not have an inner seal or what looks like a tampered inner seal. This may be due to the following reasons:

  • inner cap being stuck to the bottom of the outer cap when opened. 
  • change in the manufacturer's production policy
  • food glue sealing the inner seal gave way due to the production process.

This is normal and an exchange cannot be warranted unless the product is proven to be defective.

This Policy may be revised periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our business operations and practices.
